Method and sources

The stance in one sentence: every Dholera site wants to sell you a plot, and this one just does the math. Here is how that stance becomes method.

Three laws govern every page

Law 1No wrong, invented or manipulated data. Numbers come from official or primary sources, or credible press, and each carries a tier tag and a date. Where the honest answer is unknown, the page says unknown.
Law 2Neutrality about every named developer. Appearing in the register is a record, not an endorsement, and nothing grey is said about anyone. Buyers are always told to verify GUJRERA registration, title and price for the specific plot.
Law 3Care with superlatives. The 920 sq km figure is a planning envelope of which about 422 sq km is urban-developable, phased over roughly 30 years. Marketing phrases like India's first smart city are treated as claims, not facts.

The source hierarchy

Official first: dholera.gujarat.gov.in, PIB releases, NICDC and DSIRDA documents, the CEA's quarterly solar reports, GUJRERA. Company primaries second: Tata Electronics, Tata Power and peers on their own pages. Credible press third, always carried as reported. Broker material is used only to describe what brokers quote, never as fact.

What this site will not do

It will not list plots, take listing fees, sell leads, or accept payment for placement in the register. It will not print a price as fact, promise appreciation, or call a target a status. If that changes, this page will say so first.

Corrections: if a figure here is wrong or has gone stale, the register and fact base are re-verified on a scheduled pass and corrections ship with the next dated update.
