Dholera brochures mix sq ft, sq yd, vaar, acres and bigha in the same paragraph. This converts between all of them, and is honest about the one unit that is not standardised.
Bigha is not a standardised unit and varies by region. Around 2,500 sq yd is common in Gujarat. Confirm the deed's own definition and adjust here.

Why bigha needs its own dial: unlike the rows above, bigha has no single legal definition and differs across Gujarat's regions. Commonly quoted near 2,500 sq yd, about half an acre. If a deal is priced per bigha, get the sq yd equivalent written into the agreement.
