Developers, brokers and channel partners publish most of what you read about Dholera, which is why airport opening dates contradict each other and price claims stretch wherever the listing needs them to. A reference with no plot to sell has no reason to bend a number.
So this site follows three laws: no invented or manipulated data, neutrality about every named developer, and care with superlatives. Where the honest answer is unknown, the page says unknown.

Is it safe to buy land in Dholera?
It can be, if you only buy inside the SIR from a project with a live GUJRERA registration, N.A. status and clear title. The documented risk is agricultural land far outside the Activation Area being marketed as if it were inside the SIR. Our verifier walks you through the exact checks.
What is the current status of Dholera in 2026?
The Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway was reported inaugurated on 31 March 2026. The airport is reported around 80 percent complete with operations targeted for late 2026. The Tata semiconductor fab of Rs 91,000 crore is under construction. Around 300 MW of solar is commissioned. The tracker holds the dated detail.
Who runs this site and what does it sell?
It is an independent reference. It sells nothing, lists no plots for sale, and is not affiliated with DSIRDA, DICDL or any developer. Every number is tagged with its source tier and date, and where a figure cannot be verified we say so instead of quoting one.
Where do the numbers come from?
From official and primary sources first: dholera.gujarat.gov.in, PIB releases, NICDC reports, CEA solar data, GUJRERA. Broker-quoted figures are used only where no official number exists, and they are always labelled as indicative and unverified.
